Shipping

Orders are delivered within 10 business days of being placed. Packages will not be delivered on holidays. 

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, only designs that have not been customized are eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for return item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on T-shirts and hoodies that have been customized, on sales items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@specialneedsgraphictees.com.

Consider this washing guide to make your prints last as long as possible:

1. Sort your garments by color: it is important to separate dark colors from light colors.

2. Wash your garment inside out, so that the print does not rub against the drum of the washing machine.

3. Wash in cold water

4. Do not use household bleach or abrasive soaps and avoid using fabric softeners.

5. Do not dry clean your printed garments.

6. Preferably do not use tumble dryer and always hang garments inside out.

7. Always iron your garments inside out at low temperature and avoid using steam.
